No one way of leadership works for all people in all situations. Even lack of leadership may still win in the short term, if the team is sufficient prepared and motivated to perform. The key to leadership is understanding and accepting who you are, the challenges to be faced, and the strength of the team you have assembled. You may lead directly, through your managers, or in conjunction with a board of directors. We provide a daily short message on Twitter (see sign up button on the home page), targeted to specific situations, which may help you recognize what you need to next do to move forward. We also provide articles and video messages which will give you more detailed information (see our Publications and Video page for access). Occasionally we host on line and in person training sessions which may be appropriate when you, or members of your team, require more personal training (which can be crafted to your specific needs as a training program, consulting or coaching).
